The Director of Integrated Services (DOIS) is a key leadership role responsible for leading role specialization for two critical positions within the organizations portfolio: Business Managers Renewal Managers and Application Administrators. The DOIS ensures the success of the program by providing strategic direction oversight and support to these two roles. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Enterprise Solutions the DOIS plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and achieving business objectives.


What Youll Do

  • Lead and manage a team of Business Managers Renewal Managers and Application Administrators providing guidance support and direction to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize the performance efficiency and effectiveness of integrated services.
  • Oversee a team of Business Managers (formerly ACMs) responsible for key areas including rent collection delinquency management AME (Accounting Month End) invoice processing deposit accounting and postmoveout collections.
  • Establish and oversee a team of Application Administrators responsible for ensuring future resident application compliance and fraud prevention measures movein task completion file compliance and demographics and property management system (PMS) compliance.
  • Establish and oversee a team of Renewal Managers responsible for execution of lease renewal notices lease renewal signing all followup MTM lease management and renewal price reevaluations.


Requirements

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelors degree in business administration real estate management or related field required.
  • 5 years of experience in property management real estate operations or related field required with at least 3 of these years in a leadership or managerial role in property management required.
  • Experience working with property management software (PMS) and other relevant applications preferred.
  • Strong understanding of property management principles including rent collection lease administration and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex issues develop effective solutions and drive results in a fastpaced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in property management and real estate.
  • Pass criminal background screening prior to employment.
  • Possession of a valid drivers license and uptodate vehicle insurance OR reliable transportation is required.

Work Location

  • Work Schedule and location based on supervisor requirements.
