About the Role: The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our SAP consulting business. This individual will be responsible for identifying developing and closing sales opportunities within the SAP market. By leveraging industry knowledge sales expertise and strong relationshipbuilding skills the Sales Development Representative (SDR) will successfully position ARCHITECTED BUSINESS SOLUTIONS as a trusted partner to our clients delivering exceptional value and driving sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities:
Business Development: Prospect for and develop new client relationships within the SAP market segment. Identify potential sales opportunities and execute targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage a robust sales pipeline ensuring accurate forecasting and effective followup to maximize conversion rates.
Client Acquisition: Successfully negotiate and close sales deals working closely with clients to understand their unique business needs and deliver tailored SAP Cloud solutions that meet their specific requirements.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients acting as a trusted advisor and providing ongoing value throughout the sales lifecycle.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with the consulting team to develop compelling proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our SAP solutions and differentiate ARCHITECTED BUSINESS SOLUTIONS from competitors.
Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in sales development with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the SAP consulting or related industry.
Deep understanding of SAP products and solutions including CLOUD ERP CRM and other relevant solutions.
Strong knowledge of the consulting sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
English language at least at B2 level is a prerequisite.
Highly motivated selfstarter with a passion for sales and a resultsoriented mindset.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Bachelors degree in business sales or a related field.
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
