We are partnering with a toptier Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to hire a Czechspeaking Customer Support Specialist to join their remote team in Lisbon. This role is ideal for someone with a detailoriented mindset and a passion for providing secure and highquality customer service.

What Youll Be Doing
Handle sensitive and confidential information with care and professionalism

What Were Looking For
Native/Fluent Czech speaker with solid English skills (B2)
Ability to work with confidentiality and discretion
Strong timemanagement and deadlinedriven approach
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively
Goaloriented with a drive to exceed performance metrics
SAP and backoffice experience is a plus (training provided)
Available for rotating shifts (MonSun 07:0000:00)
