Based: Glasgow
Salary: From 40000 (dependant on experience) OTE 60000

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a smart ambitious Business Development Manager with experience in the Construction Security industry to join our Construction Sales team. Ideally you will have experience in a businesstobusiness solution sales environment. You will be an effective communicator with a thirst for success. Ability to make tight deadlines and achieve KPIs. You will be responsible for delivering new sales within the construction sector. You will be responsible for leveraging the Prime Secure value proposition learning and understanding the client s needs and tailoring a solution to suit. You will be a team player building on your own performance and sharing strategies and plans with your colleagues to achieve common goals and KPI s.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As Business Development Manager within the construction site security services sector you will be accountable for driving new business growing existing business and achieving ambitious sales targets. The role requires a selfsufficient and proactive individual who can manage their time effectively demonstrate strong attention to detail and take ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting through to CRM completion and client onboarding.
