Qualifications
Bachelors and 8 years experience or Masters and 6 years experience in strategy business operations healthcare management consulting project management or analytics. Masters Degree preferred.
Five years of leadership experience.
Proven ability to lead with influence and collaborate within a crossfunctional environment and manage/motivate individuals to drive engagement and business success.
Significant experience in managing projects programs and budgets that are complex strategic high risk and multisite in scope.
Must be comfortable with ambiguity and have a proven track record in change management.
Must be detailoriented possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Must possess critical thinking skills and the capacity to gain insights from data.
Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Ability to program manage complex operations and develop effective relationships.
