Job Purpose
Laxmi Dental Limited is seeking a dynamic and motivated Clinical Success Manager with a BDS qualification to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing product training and clinical education to dental professionals ensuring successful product adoption and usage and driving business growth through strong customer relationships and market development initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical training and product demonstrations to dentists clinics and institutions.
- Educate clients on the best practices for using Laxmi Dentals products and services.
- Conduct workshops webinars and seminars to promote product knowledge and clinical success.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support business development and customer retention.
- Provide aftersales clinical support and troubleshooting.
- Collect and report customer feedback to enhance product offerings and services.
- Build and maintain longterm professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and practitioners.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree.
- Previous experience in sales preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
