Customer Engagement Specialist FullTime
Location: Suntrup Automotive Group S. Lindbergh Blvd St. Louis MO 63123
Department: Customer Engagement Sales & Service Support
Schedule: FullTime
Suntrup Automotive Group is hiring a Customer Engagement Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls messages and customer inquiries. This fulltime position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment communicates professionally and enjoys helping people. Youll support both our sales and service departments by managing communication and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls for all departments (sales service parts) and route them appropriately
Respond to customer inquiries by phone email and text in a professional tone
Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM
Support timely followup by coordinating internal tasks and notes
Perform light administrative duties as needed to support communication and service
What Were Looking For:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organized and efficient with attention to detail
Comfortable using computers CRM software and multiline phone systems
Reliable positive and professional demeanor
Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus (but not required)
