THE ROLE:
In this role you will be the first point of contact for potential clients engaging with them to understand their needs educate them on our services and assess their eligibility for support. You will collaborate with internal teams and strategic partners to promote our mission of providing equitable access to non-medical caregiving services while fostering trust and embodying our core values. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Initiate and manage outreach to leads referrals and potential clients through phone email and messaging platforms.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our services by leveraging in-depth product knowledge and key selling messages.
- Gather and document comprehensive client and caregiver information to assess eligibility for services and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct detailed care assessments to identify the healthcare needs and challenges of potential clients.
- Coordinate with health plans to determine eligibility acting as a liaison to align all parties in the process.
- Address objections and leverage insights to guide clients through the decision-making process achieving or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activities and client interactions in Salesforce ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
This is a hybrid position coming into the El Segundo office 1x per quarter.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred
- 1-2 years of client-facing sales and customer service experience is highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly
- Proficiency in using CRM systems such as Salesforce to track and manage client interactions
- Strong interpersonal skills positive attitude and a competitive solution-oriented spirit
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment demonstrating organization attention to detail and methodical planning.
