As Bens Senior Demand Generation Manager youll be responsible for driving our performance marketing efforts and unlocking new opportunities for scalable growth. Youll test new marketing strategies leverage data for decisionmaking and optimise campaigns to boost customer acquisition and revenue.
Own and execute the growth marketing strategy driving demand generation and scaling customer revenue across multiple B2B channels
Lead efforts to optimise our website SEO and digital user journeys focusing on lead capture and conversion.
Manage performance marketing campaigns across Google and Linkedin to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth and deliver ROAS targets.
Develop and implement tests to refine strategies and keep campaigns forwardthinking and effective.
Work closely with Sales to identify highpriority prospects and deploy accountbased marketing tactics.
Function as the goto expert for data within the team measure the performance of marketing campaigns and channels and identify opportunities for optimisation.
Proven experience in growth and digital marketing with a strong focus on crossplatform CRO and paid advertising across Google and Linkedin in particular.
A track record of successfully scaling and optimised channels over time.
Are proficient in Hubspot
Deeply analytical with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive growth.
Intellectually curious with a passion for driving growth through innovation and experimentation.
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead crossfunctional projects with excellent project management skills.
Indepth knowledge of various advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads LinkedIn Ads) and experience managing significant (6 figure annual) advertising budgets.
Creative thinker with a testandlearn mentality and an agile approach to marketing strategy and execution.
