If youre passionate about visual language and social media is your second home we need to meet you. We are looking for a Content Creator specialized in video and social media to join our Marketing team for an exciting new project at our hotel Hilton Diagonal Mar Barcelona.
We want to find someone with a creative vision and strategic approach able to capture concepts and transform them into digital content that connects inspires and makes an impact.
What will you do
- Conceptualize and produce visual pieces for different communication channels
- Develop and execute social media strategies that support the hotels brand identity and visual storytelling
- Plan and create innovative video content aligned with the latest trends
- Elaborate creative copies for different formats and communication channels
- Analyse campaign performance to optimize strategies based on results
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure impactful content and achieves set objectives
What are we looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management and content creation
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Own a creative portfolio which you are proud of
- Solid skills in design tools
- Solid video editing and production tools skills
- Passion for communication digital-native and a content lover
- Ability to set goals analyse metrics and optimize results
- Creativity and innovative ideas believer
- Passionate about hospitality and a Hilton brand follower
- Essential: Share our brand values of hospitality integrity leadership teamwork and ownership
