Work Schedule:
Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

Were looking for a Digital Marketing Lead who thrives on urgency and results. This isnt about managing processes from a distance its about rolling up your sleeves spotting the gaps and delivering real marketing outcomes. Youll own the digital marketing function drive performance from day one and lead a small team to move quickly and decisively. The ideal candidate doesnt wait for direction they bring insights energy and a clear plan to generate leads and turn them into revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and assess the current marketing strategy tools and digital presence.
  • Build and optimize lead generation funnels with a focus on highticket B2B services.
  • Manage coach and support the existing marketing team.
  • Translate company assets (studio content brand stories design) into highperforming campaigns.
  • Identify tool and stack improvements; introduce modern efficient marketing solutions.
  • Monitor performance analytics and adjust campaigns in real time.
  • Collaborate with the founder without needing handholding.


Qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience in digital marketing ideally in a startup or agency environment.
  • Demonstrated lead generation and conversion experience especially in B2B or highticket markets.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute fullfunnel campaigns.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO performance marketing and lead attribution.
  • Experience managing small teams and executing handson tasks.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to selfdirect in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent English preferred (especially for clientfacing expansion possibilities).


NicetoHaves:

  • Experience working with highticket services or B2B campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools landing page builders AI plugins.
  • Interest in creating and proposing performancebased bonus structures.
  • Prior success turning creative assets into leadgeneration machines.
