About the Role
GraphAware is looking for a strategic experienced Customer Success Director to lead our professional services customer support and customer success functions across Australia. This senior leadership position is crucial to ensuring our customers realise the full value of our graphbased technology solutions particularly within government engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the delivery of professional services customer support and customer success initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategies that maximise customer satisfaction retention and growth.
- Build and manage highperforming teams across service delivery and customer success.
- Foster strong longterm relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Serve as a senior escalation point and trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams.
What Were Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in customer success professional services or technical account management.
- Track record of managing and expanding strategic client relationships in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology ecosystems and solution architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on crossfunctional and clientfacing collaboration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8 years of experience in technology consulting or tech companies delivering complex impactful projects.
- 5 years in managerial roles and ready to take on broader responsibilities.
- Demonstrated success in leading dynamic and effective teams.
- Passion for delivering meaningful solutions to clients.
- Highly organised with strong multitasking capabilities.
- Excellent communicator with nativelevel English proficiency.
- Willing and able to travel across Australia at least once a month.
- Based in Brisbane or open to relocation.
