Day in the Life:
As a Lead Reconciliation Analyst youll serve as the primary liaison for independent pharmacies. Your role will involve engaging with pharmacy owners accountants pharmacy technicians and other support personnel. Youll maintain regular communication and provide updates on assigned accounts focusing on reviewing pharmacy accounts and addressing Aged Receivables. If you thrive on helping others stay organized see challenges as opportunities and excel in communication this position offers a chance to advance within an organization revolutionizing pharmacy care.
- Serve as the main point of contact for pharmacy customers using various communication tools such as phone email and software to ensure accurate claims reconciliation.
- Utilize problemsolving and critical thinking skills to identify track and resolve technical and nontechnical issues running reports as necessary.
- Collaborate with Omnicell teams and mentor colleagues to drive continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications
- 12 years experience in a professional customer service environment
- Experience using MS Word Outlook and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Pharmacy industry knowledge
- Management of direct or indirect reports
- Experience in reconciliation
- Excellent typing skills such as 10 key by touch data entry
Pay
