Enrolled Nurse Surgical

Permanant Parttime Position available

Are you a Enrolled Nurse with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and a passion for delivering high quality patient care Sunnybank Private Hospital is looking to employ a Enrolled Nurse for their Surgical Unit. We are a 45 bed General Surgical ward accommodating a variety of specialities from Bariatric Urology ENT Gynaecology Orthopaedic and paediatric patients.Suitable applicants with the right clinical background are encouraged to apply.

About the role

Sunnybank Private Hospital is currently looking for an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our team of professionals in providing excellent patient care on a permanent part time schedule across a 7day roster.

As a Enrolled Nurse your responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver evidencebased nursing care
  • Ensure patient and staff safety
  • Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs
  • Work under direct supervision of a Registered Nurse

Essential Criteria:

  • Current Registration with AHPRA
  • Working with Children check (if relevant)
  • Commitment to Quality Patient Care
  • Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
  • Sound clinical decision making and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Works well independently or within a team
  • Basic computer skills
