A forwardthinking school in Ealing with a focus on entrepreneurship is seeking a passionate and dedicated Business Studies Teacher to join their supportive department. Location: EalingRole: Business Studies Teacher (FullTime Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Business Studies lessons across Key Stage 4 (and potentially KS5) with a focus on entrepreneurial skills.
- Inspire students to develop a deep understanding of business concepts theories and practices emphasizing innovation and enterprise within Business Studies.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the Business Studies curriculum incorporating realworld case studies and entrepreneurial activities.
- Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Business Studies with a focus on their ability to apply business principles to entrepreneurial ventures.
- Potentially contribute to extracurricular Business Studies clubs or enterprise competitions providing practical experience in Business Studies.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Business Studies.
- Degree in Business Studies Economics or a related field with knowledge of entrepreneurial principles.
- Proven experience teaching Business Studies at Key Stage 4 (experience at KS5 advantageous) with a demonstrated interest in fostering entrepreneurship.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for the world of Business Studies and enterprise.
- Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to make Business Studies engaging and relevant to future entrepreneurs.
- A commitment to fostering entrepreneurial skills business acumen and an innovative mindset in Business Studies students.
