Job Description
Nationallyrecognized Restoration and Reconstruction company has position available for an experienced Business Development Manager. Qualified candidates will be responsible for developing longterm relationships with customers and overseeing sales.
As a Business Development Manager you should work to satisfy customers needs and requests respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. Ultimately you should be able to grow business by building successful longterm client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead creation will be Job #1.
- Once Leads have been created the position will turn more toward being a Farmer.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve longterm success.
- Develop positive relationships with clients.
Duties
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Identify and network with new sales prospects.
- Comprehensive understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines.
- Attend company sponsored operations and safety training courses as required.
Requirements
- Outside Sales experience required.
- Commercial contacts.
- Business to Business sales experience.
- Experience selling services.
Salary: $80000 to $120000 DOE plus Commission.
