As a Customer Service Representative you will handle customer inquiries across various channels including phone email chat and social media with a strong focus on firstcontact resolution to provide exceptional customer experiences.

Tasks

Whats your Mission

  • Customer Advocate: Act as a passionate advocate for our customers ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed effectively and efficiently.
  • Product Expert: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and insightful information to customers.
  • Omnichannel Specialist: Deliver seamless and exceptional customer support across all channels including phone email chat and social media.
  • Problem Solver: Analyse customer issues identify root causes and proactively offer personalized solutions.
  • Brand Ambassador: Authentically represent the brand and its values in every interaction fostering positive customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Excellent Communication: Fluent in German with exceptional grammar and spelling.
  • Strong English Proficiency: Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • CustomerCentric Approach: A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service with the ability to handle sensitive calls with empathy and understanding.
  • Strong Administrative & Analytical Skills: Proven ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently and accurately with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proactive ProblemSolving: A professional and proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer issues effectively.

Benefits

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Hours: 39h/week
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • Salary: 18054 gross per year
  • Holidays: 24 calendar holidays / 2 accrued days per month
  • Work Model: Hybrid 6 days per month at the office)
  • Training: 2 weeks of officebased training from Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • Office Location: Barcelona (La Sagrera)
