Engage with customers across Spain via phone email and digital channels from families relocating entire homes to individuals moving large or valuable items. Youll show them how we can make the process easier faster and stress-free.
Build trust by understanding each customer s needs offering tailored solutions and delivering exceptional service every step of the way.
Upsell and close deals by highlighting the value of our services making sure customers clearly see the benefits of choosing us.
Manage your customer pipeline: handle your leads effectively and meet or exceed your weekly and monthly targets for calls conversions and revenue.
Be the voice of the customer: gather and share feedback insights and market trends with your manager and peers to help us continuously improve and stay ahead.
Collaborate with your team and manager to refine sales strategies share best practices and support each other in reaching ambitious goals.
Represent the company with professionalism and energy ensuring every interaction builds trust and reflects our values.
What You ll Bring
Passion for sales and a proven track record in a phone-based sales environment (B2C phone sales experience is a strong advantage).
A history of exceeding targets and delivering measurable results.
Strong ability to build trust and close sales confidently over the phone.
Excellent active listening skills to fully understand customer needs and provide the right solution.
Tech-savvy: comfortable working with CRMs and digital tools (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
Resilience drive and a positive can-do attitude.
Action-oriented with the ability to execute quickly and effectively.
Solid English skills: you ll support Spanish-speaking customers but English is our shared internal language so intermediate or higher communication skills are essential.
Flexibility to work the Spain market schedule (9:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m.) 7 days a week from our Bogot office.
