Job Description
Bosch offers an exceptional Rotational Development Program (RDP) tailored for Bachelor and Masters candidates. This 24month entrylevel rotational program is designed to provide professional and leadership opportunities within the Power Solutions (PS) division. The RDP consists of four customized rotations allowing you to gain extensive experience working within diverse teams and environments. Additionally you will be paired with an executive mentor for professional coaching career guidance as well as a peer mentor to help you navigate the program. You will also have the chance to participate in structured networking events and targeted training to enhance your leadership exposure
The Product Development Engineer home base will be located in Waltham MA. However location might include a variety of exciting domestic and international locations.
Qualifications :
Required:
- BS degree in mechanical aeronautical or ocean engineering.
- One or more years of relevant work or internship experience including laboratory or equivalent handson experience.
Desired:
- Handson approach with strong analytical interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven problemsolving skills and selfstarter attitude.
- Knowledge of part design and testing
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
Knowledge of CAD FEA injection molding machining and computer programming
