Job Description
The Data Engineer will be responsible for designing and optimizing data models that support analytics and UI consumption for the Gib Dashboard and Dynamic Client Call List. This role requires advanced SQL skills for modeling and performance tuning with a strong understanding of how to structure data for drilldowns scoring logic and entitlement-based filtering. Experience with rule-based transformations is essential to apply business logic across diverse datasets including CRM interactions trades and research activity. Familiarity with MemSQL query optimization is critical to meet sub-second performance targets and the engineer should be comfortable working with financial datasets that include multi-currency handling and FX conversion logic. Collaboration with backend and front-end teams is key to ensuring data is delivered in a format that supports responsive high-precision user interfaces
