Job Description
- Collaborate in defining clear and measurable project objectives aligned with business and IT team needs.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation including project plans meeting minutes and progress reports.
- Monitor project progress identifying and reporting deviations risks and potential issues.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and other stakeholders.
- Participate in the identification and implementation of improvements in the IT teams project management processes.
- Ensure the quality of project deliverables guaranteeing compliance with defined requirements and standards.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Interest in IT project management and the system development life cycle.
- Good interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical and nontechnical information clearly.
- Strong organizational planning and time management skills.
- Ability to proactively identify and solve problems.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different profiles.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira Visio Microsoft Project).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
