A renowned hospital in Southern New Hampshire is searching for a Nursing Director to oversee its inpatient Psych Unit. In this role you will lead the departmental activities ensuring highquality patient care and effectively managing daily operations. You will coach staff drive performance improvement ensure compliance and manage fiscal planning.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise train and coach department personnel.
- Conduct performance improvement reviews and identify professional growth opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in patient satisfaction staff development and fiscal management.
- Develop budgets that demonstrate industry benchmark standards in performance and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- A masters degree is preferred.
- Active RN license.
- 2 years of management experience required.
