About the Role You will:
- Provide consultant-level intensive care to critically ill patients across medical, surgical, trauma, and high-dependency streams
- Lead and support a multidisciplinary ICU team including junior doctors and nurses
- Participate in ICU quality improvement, clinical governance, education, and research
- Deliver services in accordance with evidence-based best practice and local priorities
- Engage in after-hours and on-call rosters as required

You ll Need- Fellowship with the College of Intensive Care Medicine (CICM) or equivalent
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Specialist
- Demonstrated expertise in the management of critically ill patients
- Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills
