Role Summary:
As the Marketing Manager on the Store Experience Strategy team you will be instrumental in delivering new and exciting experiences within our CVS Pharmacy retail locations with a focus on ease and consistency. Collaborating with crossfunctional teams across the enterprise you will manage the endtoend delivery of customerfocused bestinclass Store Experience campaigns and projects including merchandising initiatives and strategies such as our signature seasonal programming brand launches and category reinventions.
Key Responsibilities:
EndtoEnd Project Delivery: Implement customerfocused front store shopper experience strategies utilizing best practices while innovating new tactics to meet objectives.
Creative Brief Development: Drive the creative brief to optimize consumer decisionmaking and revenue. Gather and deliver creative feedback based on the approved strategy.
DataDriven Insights: Leverage insights from various internal and external data sources to craft strategies and plans. Regularly visit stores complete hindsight/retrospectives and conduct competitor analyses.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at the Manager and Senior Manager levels including Front Store Marketing Merchandising Creative Agency Legal Clinical Finance and Operations.
Signage Coordination: Help coordinate the prototyping printing and shipping of campaigns.
Field Communications: Develop and/or coordinate fieldfacing communications for key projects.
Process Evaluation and Improvement: Identify and implement new opportunities and process enhancements for workstreams to gain efficiencies and achieve more effective outcomes.
Required Experience:
5 years of marketing experience with a solid foundation in business retail and consumer understanding; experience in retail marketing shopper marketing store experience or retail agency/strategy is strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
SelfMotivated: Highcapacity individual who thrives in a demanding performancedriven environment and makes thoughtful decisions under tight deadlines. Proven ability to manage a portfolio of projects on time and on budget.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate ideas simply and effectively in both written and oral forms across diverse audiences. Demonstrated experience communicating progress and risks to Senior Managers/Directors along with proposed risk mitigation solutions.
Collaborative Track Record: Proven ability to work with internal and external partners across levels to deliver business results.
Creative Collaboration Experience: Prior experience working with creative agencies providing strategic direction feedback and ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
Intellectual Curiosity: Willingness to question the status quo to drive improvements and optimizations.
Retail Environment Familiarity: Strong understanding of the instore retail environment and the endtoend consumer shopping experience.
Matrixed Organization Experience: Experience working in a highly matrixed organization.
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint. Proficiency in experience management platforms like Medallia a huge plus.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field or equivalent experience required.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$66330.00 $145860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual fulltime salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience education geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus commission or shortterm incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
