American Stone is looking to hire a fulltime Marketing Specialist for our Marketing Department Team.
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to be part of our growing team to help tell our story to a wide audience. Your role involves coordinating social channels contributing to campaigns and creating engaging content. Join us if you have a knack for design photography and writing.

We need a Growth Marketing Specialist to help build out automation campaigns assist in transforming our website into a highconverting lead engine and build scalable systems that drive consistent B2B growth.
The Problems Youll Help Solve
B2B Lead Flow Gaps: Our contractor and landscaper partnerships lack dedicated lead nurturingno email/SMS workflows inconsistent followups and missed Stagnation: Our marketing efforts need redirection towards improved customer experiences and effective growth campaigns. Operational Drag: Our team wastes hours on manual CRM updates lead management and repetitive tasks that should be automated.
The Impact Youll Deliver
Increase in Lead Conversion: Build and optimize automated email/SMS workflows (Odoo Shopify) to nurture prospects and move them through the funnel. Scalable B2B Pipeline: Develop targeted outreach campaigns to grow our contractor and landscaper Efficiency Savings: Automate CRM (Odoo) processes lead scoring and followupsfreeing up hours for strategic in Branded Traffic: Help optimize our website and paid ads (Google Meta LinkedIn) to attract more highintent B2B leads.
What Youll Own
- Lead Generation Engine: Optimize our website landing pages and ad campaigns (Google Ads Meta LinkedIn) for contractor/landscaper lead flow.
- Marketing Automation: Design and implement email/SMS drip campaigns (e.g. abandoned cart for bulk quotes postinstall nurture sequences).
- B2B Growth Strategy: Develop partnerships with trade associations comarketing campaigns and referral programs.
- DataDriven Optimization: Track CAC leadtoclose rates and funnel dropoffsthen refine campaigns for maximum ROI. Develop product spec sheets competitor comparisons and case studies to help sales overcome objections.
- Assist in building a library of demo videos spec sheets and pricing templates and other assets needed for faster quoting and increasing conversion.
Who Were Looking For
- 5 years in growth marketing preferably in B2B construction or home automation experience (CRM workflows email sequences lead scoring).
- Paid media expertise is a plus (Google Ads Meta LinkedIn for lead gen).
- Basic technical SEO skills (optimizing for keywords like contractor stone supply near me).
- A builder mentality: You thrive in ambiguityno playbook Youll write it.
- A collaborator: Youll work closely with sales and creative to build what they actually need.
