Job Description
This is a remote position.
Job Title: Paid Ads Specialist
Job Overview:
We are looking for a datadriven and resultsoriented Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have handson experience with paid search and social ads (Google Meta and other relevant networks) a deep understanding of ad performance metrics and the ability to translate business goals into effective ad strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop launch and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads Meta (Facebook/Instagram) YouTube LinkedIn and others
Conduct keyword research audience segmentation and competitor analysis
Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers to produce effective creatives
Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust targeting bids and budgets to improve ROI
Track and report on KPIs such as CPC CTR CPA ROAS and conversion rates
Perform A/B testing on creatives copy and targeting strategies
Create and maintain detailed campaign performance reports and dashboards
Stay current on platform updates digital trends and best practices in paid advertising
Requirements:
2 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns
Proven success with Google Ads and Meta Ads (certifications a plus)
Familiarity with Google Analytics Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
Excellent copywriting and communication skills
Detailoriented organized and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for campaign reporting and analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with eCommerce or lead generation ad strategies
Familiarity with other ad platforms such as TikTok Amazon or Pinterest
Experience with retargeting campaigns and funnelbased strategies
Understanding of UTM parameters and attribution models
