- Mondays to Fridays 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with 1-hour unpaid break
- 40 hours per week 8 hours per day

About the Role:
The Company is looking for an exceptional Paid Ads Specialist who lives and breathes performance marketing. You ll manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Google YouTube TikTok LinkedIn and potentially Bing. This is a critical senior-level role that combines strategy execution and leadership to become a future Team Leader of our Paid Ads Department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan execute and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta Google and other platforms
- Maximize ROI from budgets across multiple client accounts
- Boost social media posts on platforms such as Instagram TikTok LinkedIn etc.
- Create and manage performance reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with internal teams on creatives ad copy and landing page optimization
- Stay current with industry trends and algorithm updates
- Contribute to strategic planning and performance forecasting
- Assist in transitioning the role into a leadership position over time
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in digital paid advertising
- Proven success managing ad budgets of 5000/month
- Mastery of Meta Ads Manager Google Ads and other relevant ad platforms
- Ability to boost content effectively across multiple social media channels
- Strong analytical mindset confident in reviewing data and making ROI-driven decisions
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated proactive and results-oriented
- Bonus: Experience in eCommerce D2C brands or tools like HubSpot & Google Analytics
