Overview
We are looking for a Senior Google Ads Specialist to lead and manage our paid search strategy. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Google Ads strong strategic thinking and a proven track record of delivering high-converting lead generation campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads strategies to drive quality leads and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Conduct in-depth keyword research audience segmentation and competitor analysis
- Create high-converting ad copy and optimize landing pages in collaboration with the web and creative teams
- Set up manage and continually optimize Search Display and Performance Max campaigns
- Implement advanced conversion tracking and attribution strategies using Google Tag Manager and Analytics
- Analyze performance data provide actionable insights and present detailed reporting on KPIs and ROI
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and adjust bids and strategies based on performance data
- Stay updated on the latest Google Ads platform changes algorithm updates and industry best practices
- 5 years of hands-on experience managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns
- Strong portfolio demonstrating lead generation success and budget optimization
- Expert-level understanding of Google Ads Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Proficient in performance tracking A/B testing and landing page optimization
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently on a flexible schedule
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with service-based or local businesses (e.g. home improvement trades or real estate industries)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking workflows
- Google Ads Certification and/or Google Analytics Certification
- Experience working with cross-functional marketing or creative teams
