The Office Coordinator is a publicfacing inperson position in the Victim Services Division (VSD). Under the supervision of the Deputy Chief of Victim Services the Office Coordinator is primarily responsible for the intake guidance and coordination of resources for individuals seeking assistance. In addition the incumbent is responsible for ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness in order to successfully manage the daytoday operations of the division. The position is multifaceted with unique responsibilities that are instrumental in supporting the mission of the VSD.

Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications
Requires a minimum of 2 years of training education and/or experience in social welfare behavioral science criminology psychology or a closely related field and responsible social service criminal justice or advocacy experience.
Desired Qualifications
Ability to maintain highly confidential and timesensitive information. Proven to have excellent communication skills. Strong written communication skills for data entry purposes. Experience with Uvisas and knowledge of the criminal justice system. Bilingual in Spanish desired.
Demonstrates respectful clear and concise communication. Ability to work collaboratively and be a supportive team player. Ability to make independent and informed decisions. Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
