Pay:$18$19/hour
Shift:MondayFriday 7:00 AM 5:30 PM; some Saturdays 7:00 AM 12:00 PM

Position Overview
We are hiring a dedicatedTraffic Coordinatorto join a growing team in Broken Arrow. As aTraffic Coordinator youll be responsible for managing traffic and forklift spotting activities during major equipment moves. The ideal candidate will ensure safety and efficiency while helping maintain a clean and organized yard.
Primary Responsibilities
Direct forklift operator movementusing radios and hand signals
Control traffic flow including stopping traffic when necessary for equipment movement
Clean and organize the yard removing wood pallets and transportation debris
Stand and walk for 90%of the shift
Communicate effectivelywith coworkers and respond to alarms
Lift up to 50 lbsand work in various weather and outdoor conditions
Follow all PPE requirements including hard hat vest hearing protection and steel-toed boots
Required Experience & Skills
1 year of experiencein a manufacturing environment
Consistent work historywith a strong work ethic
Ability to work long hours on your feetin a non-climate-controlled setting
Physically capableof lifting heavy materials and maneuvering in tight spaces
Detail-oriented and reliable with strong team collaboration skills
Must pass anational background checkanddrug screen
