What you will be doing in this role
Reporting to our highly experienced Education Manager you will be the subject matter expert on mandatory training and reporting requirements for all Adventist HealthCare workers in line with the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards (NSQHS) legislation and healthcare policies.
This is a brandnew role which will see you collaborate with the Senior Leadership team including Executives and Directors to develop and deliver tailored educational content. This content will be specific to individual roles and departments across the hospital and will be aligned with compliance requirements.
You will be empowered and supported by your new manager to put your stamp on this newly created role. We want you to be strategic & creative as you truly lead and drive this area of education.
