Sr Product Manager Product Solutioning

Job Summary:
Visa is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Manager of Product Management to contribute to the development and delivery of advanced products and solutions. This role involves leveraging Payment Acceptance EMV Chip Authentication Tokens Visa Direct 3DS rails and PCI secure softwarebased technologies to enhance experiences for all ecosystem stakeholders including sellers buyers issuers acquirers and technology platforms. The Senior Manager will ensure these solutions address the needs of both developed and emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product and Solution Delivery: Contribute to the development and delivery of innovative card acceptance services and capabilities that are futureproof and accessible enhancing the overall ecosystem.
• Infrastructure Establishment: Assist in designing and establishing the infrastructure for card acceptance services to meet current and future needs.
• CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams across Visa to launch commercialize and scale business services innovatively.
• Requirement Translation: Translate regional needs and technology assets into comprehensive business and technical requirements for emerging solutions.
• Product Development: Utilize a range of productbuilding skills focusing on digital payment technologies to identify efficiencies and opportunities.
• Requirement Authoring and Deployment: Author detailed requirements and oversee the deployment of Solution Services including creating gotomarket (GTM) collateral and processes.
• Sprint Management: Manage sprints ensuring status updates and delivery align with agreed time cost and quality parameters.
• Stakeholder Representation: Represent the team in update meetings and client interactions guiding stakeholders through the process.
• Issue Management: Identify potential issues early determine resolutions communicate status and track and resolve issues promptly.
• Global and Regional Balance: Balance regional and global opportunities to achieve overall solution and platform objectives through nuanced influence and collaboration across a complex matrixed organization.

Essential Functions:

• Pragmatic Product Building: Synthesize requirements into a common set of platform and service capabilities writing clear thorough and detailed user stories and requirements for complex features and product sets.
• CrossFunctional Liaison: Liaise with other business units product managers engineering and other applicable groups to ensure flawless and output enablement guides and collaterals.
• Business Problem Management: Lead and effectively manage business problems through handson troubleshooting and analysis essential for key global projects/programs related to the new solution.
• Technical Leadership: Lead technical discussions with a high level of independence and knowledge including EMV FIDO PCI tokenization application requirements customer experience and software and payments security.
• Team Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business and technology effectively collaborating with various teams across Visa globally.
• Core Platform Development: Support the development of the core platform along with feature sets spanning the endtoend payments lifecycle.
• Priority Setting and Tracking: Collaborate closely with global and regional teams to set priorities and track product development progress.
• Product Documentation: Manage periodic updates to product documentation and collaborate with global stakeholders on communication impacts including developing FAQs internal memos and Visa Business News (VBN) articles.
• Release Management: Develop and approve business release articles and API release notes prior to client communication.
• Policy Development: Contribute to policy development working closely with Ecosystem Policy Legal Risk and other business colleagues at market regional and global levels.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

• 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

• 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing payment products and services tailored for treasury banking.
• Proven track record of leading successful initiatives.
• Subject matter expertise in debit credit and digital products with a strong understanding of RTP ACH processing merchant terminals card schemes and Instant Payments.
• At least 8 years of industry experience in product management product development and payments processing focusing on launching new products and features.
• Unique blend of product expertise problemsolving skills adaptability to rapid changes and keen interest in payments technology coupled with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in chip contact and contactless technologies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Digital Payments NFC/HCE and QR Codes.
• Indepth understanding of Credit/Debit/PrePaid cards and the financial/payment industry.
• Proven ability to manage projects with multiple workstreams and demonstrate leadership across a variety of product business challenges.
• Adept at structuring managing and coordinating complex workstreams and processes involving multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence within a highly matrixed organization.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint Excel and JIRA.
• Teamoriented collaborative and flexible with excellent presentation skills and strong oral and written communication capabilities.
• Detailoriented and highly executionfocused with the ability to work effectively with counterparts across multiple functional groups.
• Organized with a natural aptitude for both strategic and tactical planning and the ability to translate strategy into actionable deliverables.
• Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of organizational issues and challenges.

Additional Information :

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 510 of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 142200.00 to 206350.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on jobrelated factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
