Customer Purchase Journey (CPJ) team at Amazon forms the backbone of multiple commerce experiences like Classic Retail Alexa Shopping Prime Now Amazon Fresh to name a few. We own the CX and services that power the discovery and selection of products services and delivery options tailored to the customers unique location which then enables them to build their Cart Checkout review their order via Thank You Page and ensure timely post order processing and refunds processing. Our goal is to enable rich and lowlatency experiences for the customer throughout their shopping journey.
We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager Technical in the CPJ product team. The role will be responsible for working across high visibility product areas while developing & executing a vision that balances forward looking trends in large scale data processing machine learning and data science with the immediate needs of customer journey in the eCommerce space.
Key job responsibilities
As a Sr Product ManagerTechnical in the CPJ Products team you will own critical products across frontend and backend areas. Key responsibilities include:
* Be the voice of the customer you are in the drivers seat for steering the endtoend vision for your space using the working backwards processes and supporting AB experimentation mechanisms.
* Define and improve metrics to gain insight into the customer experience and track progress towards goals.
* Influence tech partners to ensure our architectural decisions align with customer needs.
* Partner with teams like Delivery Experience Prime Fulfillment Returns and Refunds Customer Service (and more) to deliver on your roadmap.
* Collaborate with multiple partner teams that innovate across our services gaining insight into Amazonwide strategic initiatives and priorities.
Bachelors degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executivelevel prioritization and planning
Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau Qlikview QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
