Ecolab is looking for Digital Product Managerwho will be responsible for building strategic roadmap digital control equipment and will lead ongoing product lifecycle governance. The individual in this role is key to promoting enterprise digital strategy. Product Manager will deliver the best outcomebased solutions to customers through digital programs and products while maintaining high focus on P&L and driving pricing to profitability. Product Manager facilitates the value prop data & analytics and technical readiness and connects & translates between business and technical teams.
Product Manager will interact with a variety of stakeholders including but not limited to: external customers technical & engineering teams user designer team software engineers marketing teams and business partners. The role will be aligned within the Ecolab Digital organization.

What You Will Do:
- Drive the product strategy to educate inform and excite prospects customers partners and field
- Manage product lifecycle; launch through EOS/EOL
- Drive product roadmap development and communication incorporating strategic and market sourced requirements
- Drive understanding of buying centers personas buyer journey and corresponding asset mapping for demand gen and conversion
- Drive and facilitate requirements process prioritization
- Drive product roadmap development and communication
- Ensure optimal feature request for enhancement/bug backlog prioritization
- Assess build vs. buy and integration requirements
- Define target markets; identify market problems and informs product positioning
- Interact with customers; assist on the digital sale
- Identify opportunities for businessled delivery and provide consultative support in understanding tradeoffs and developing consensus. Field and customer facing product evangelism
- Collaborate with delivery teams to deliver prioritized features functional support financial management and release management
- Leverage ideas suggestions and innovations in ways that make them leverageable across all business units
- Negotiate statement of work; manages relationships and monitors vendor performance against service agreements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree with 10 years professional experience OR MBA with 5 years of professional experience
- Experience in analyzing data to draw businessrelevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
- Experience leading IIoT PLC or control platforms through all phases of the lifecycle and demonstration of executing a successful strategy

- Previous experience in digital product management setting
- Engineering/computer science experience
- Experience leading software development of embedded software equipment
- Previous business analysis experience
- Project management skills
- Experience in the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies

- Ability to work independently and navigate matrix organizations
- Ability to communicate effectively to motivate inspire and impact others to achieve business results
- Welldeveloped and proven leadership strategic thinking & business acumen
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The base salary range for this position is $161800.00 $242800.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation such as experience education training geography etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
