We are thrilled to assist a recently opened gastropub in a picturesque Cotswolds village. Part of a unique awardwinning group they are now searching for an experienced Head Chef to lead their kitchen and drive the continued success of this exciting venture.

- Working 45 hours per week

Responsibilities as the Head Chef
- Leading mentoring and inspiring your kitchen brigade
- Designing and delivering a seasonal ingredientled menu using the best local produce
- Maintaining high standards across all aspects of the kitchen from food quality to hygiene
- Coaching and developing your brigade to ensure smooth service and growth
- Collaborating with senior management to establish this gastropub as a mustvisit dining destination
