Their mission is to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction through strategic technology implementations.
They are looing for a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead their IT strategy and drive business intelligence (BI) initiatives. This executive role will oversee the development implementation and optimization of IT systems data analytics and digital transformation efforts. The CIO will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the companys technological landscape supports business growth operational efficiency and customer experience enhancements.
This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned IT leader with a strong technical background who is both tactical and strategic. The ideal candidate will be quirky approachable and able to gel with the business culture while leading IT infrastructure business intelligence and riskbased functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the companys IT and Business Intelligence (BI) strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Identify and implement new technology solutions and enhancements to existing systems.
- Oversee IT infrastructure 65 ensuring optimal performance and innovation:
- VMWare and fullscale virtualization.
- Bank integrations and financial transaction systems.
- Telephony systems (Mitel PABX) for sales and roadside assistance.
- Lead Business Intelligence initiatives:
- Provide Power BI SelfService functionality to business units.
- Initiate and expand predictive analytics capabilities.
- Oversee Data Warehousing particularly for Call Centre operations.
- Manage Software Oversight including:
- Great Plains Microsoft CRM eCommerce and SAGE.
- Oversee IT Risk Management:
- Manage risks related to Cloud Integrations and Cybersecurity.
- Guide the companys Cloud journey:
- Plan and execute migration to Azurebased cloud solutions.
- Manage transition from onsite licenses expiring to SaaS solutions (CRM Great Plains Telephony systems etc..
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with IT service providers and technology vendors.
- Monitor technology trends and innovations to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
- Develop and manage IT budgets ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
MustHaves:
- Proven experience as a CIO or Senior IT Executive with a strong focus on IT Infrastructure and Business Intelligence (BI).
- Expertise in IT systems virtualization banking integrations and telephony systems.
- Strong background in data analytics data warehousing and BI tools.
- Experience in IT governance cybersecurity and risk management.
- Exceptional leadership strategic planning and business acumen.
- Strong problemsolving analytical and decisionmaking capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- No job hopping looking for stability and longterm commitment.
