Job Description:
Responsible for managing commercial matters with end users regarding supply and installation contracts including but not limited to contract drafting and signing invoicing and payment collection and coordinating with external import/export agencies for customs clearance.
Review and revise project tender documents and commercial quotations.
Coordinate with the Procurement and Project teams to ensure that project timelines and contractual obligations are met.
Liaise with branch offices and cross-functional departments to ensure proper execution of project contracts and timely resolution of issues.
Maintain professional communication with clients including handling business interactions and customer hospitality.
Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration International Trade or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant working experience with a professional appearance and demeanor.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard business software.
Strong sense of responsibility attention to detail and a proactive working attitude.
Excellent communication coordination and execution skills.
Strong team player with a high level of professionalism and the ability to perform under pressure.
Proficiency in English as a working language is highly preferred.
