Join our client looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst.
This is a handson role. You will be expected to understand the domain topics perform indepth analysis and define solutions. You will also manage projects SDLC from project initiation to golive.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and requirements.
- Analyze business processes and data and liaise across different teams to agree on and document optimal design.
- Create and maintain documentation for detailed business requirements functional specifications and project plans.
- Ensure that developments undertaken (either inhouse or vendor) follow company standards and practices.
- Proactively communicate with other team members to identify opportunities to improve our systems and processes.
- Coordinate and manage adhoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills independently.
- Prior experience with Securities Brokerage or Asset Management IT department will be advantageous.
- Positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- A never give up attitude and a willingness to persist through challenges.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think creatively.
- At least 58 years of relevant work experience.
- Good interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently.
- Strong verbal communication skills English and Mandarin essential.
- Strong written communication skills English essential.
