Located in Hadley Massachusetts we provide wellness medical dental & surgical care to the surrounding towns including Amherst Northampton South Hadley and beyond. We have been a proud accredited member of AAHA since 2001. We are dedicated to the highest standard of comprehensive medical care with a focus on fearfree experiences for our patients. WHAT YOULL DO
- Answers telephone calls quickly efficiently and in a professional and friendly manner using a multiline system
- Warmly greets clients
- Prepares patient files
- Receives and relays client correspondence and updates client financial records
- Answers clients inquiries about basic animal care questions and routine procedures
- Educates clients on overthecounter products such as flea and tick preventions
- Admits patients and handles medical records entries accurately
- Prepares client invoices for services performed
- Handles payment transactions
- Receives and relays telephone fax and email messages accurately and promptly

REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working as a Veterinary Receptionist/CSR is preferred but not required
- Significant experience with basic office functions in a busy office environment
- Must be a team player and have compassion for pets and their people
