Job Title
Client Service Analyst IIYou will work with both our Independent Sales Organization (ISO) client and our client service teams to implement updates in various systems on behalf of clients. You will communicate with clients on updates being completed and use various tools to monitor requests from clients.
- Receive and respond to tickets from clients and internal Fiserv teams.
- Receive and respond to emails from clients and internal Fiserv teams.
- Key updates into various systems based on client requests.
- Analyze requests to determine root cause of issue and make recommendations to improve efficiency.
This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado California District of Columbia Hawaii Illinois Maryland New York Nevada Rhode Island or Washington.
