Job Description

Overview

Fast Enterprises is a provider of essential software and services for citizens and government. In 1998 we changed the way government revenue agencies support their business with the introduction of GenTax. We have expanded beyond Tax and now also perform implementations for Motor Vehicle Driver License Unemployment Insurance and Child Support Engagement agencies.

As a Human Resources Administrator you will play a key role in managing critical HR functions including candidate offers new hire onboarding and benefits administration. Youll guide new hires through the onboarding process by coordinating background checks completing I9 and EVerify documentation and presenting benefits programs. You will be working with HRIS systems such as ADP iCIMS and internal platforms to ensure accurate employee data management and compliance with labor laws. Youll also support offboarding processes lead employee engagement initiatives and contribute to strategic discussions around retention and workforce planning. This position is fulltime inperson based at our headquarters in Centennial CO.

Responsibilities

  • Handle onboarding new hires including uploading into internal systems conducting background checks new hire calls completing I9s and EVerifys etc.
  • Suggest ideas and manage welcome packages for interns and new hires.
  • Manage intern program including sending offers coordinating summer activities and exit process.
  • Work in multiple HRIS systems including ADP iCIMS and FASTs proprietary system.
  • Assist with salary research.
  • Collaborate with the team and give suggestions for philanthropic and wellness initiatives.
  • Willingness to help in other areas including Recruiting and Payroll as needed.

Qualifications

  • Completed bachelors degree in: Human Resources Business Liberal Arts or a related field.
  • 3.0 minimum GPA.
  • 03 years previous experience.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Eager to learn and willing to ask questions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a strong work ethic.
  • Enjoys a challenging fastpaced and professional environment and is willing to take on a variety of projects while maintaining existing job duties.
  • Microsoft Suite experience preferred.
