As a Human Resources Administrator you will play a key role in managing critical HR functions including candidate offers new hire onboarding and benefits administration. Youll guide new hires through the onboarding process by coordinating background checks completing I9 and EVerify documentation and presenting benefits programs. You will be working with HRIS systems such as ADP iCIMS and internal platforms to ensure accurate employee data management and compliance with labor laws. Youll also support offboarding processes lead employee engagement initiatives and contribute to strategic discussions around retention and workforce planning. This position is fulltime inperson based at our headquarters in Centennial CO.
