Were looking for a talented commerciallyminded Bid Lead to manage and drive our endtoend bid process creating standout proposals that will help us win new business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on leadership strategy and creativity.

Your Role as Bid Lead:
Take ownership of the entire bid process from identifying opportunities and developing strategies to final submission
Write and craft persuasive engaging proposals that reflect our unique strengths and are tailored to the needs of the prospective client
Collaborate closely with internal teams and subject matter experts to extract key insights and create compelling content for each bid
Develop winning themes and storyboarding strategies that differentiate Consultus from the competition and showcase our expertise
Manage timelines and stakeholders ensuring bids are submitted on time and with the highest quality content
Track bid performance analyse win rates and feedback and continuously refine our strategies for even better results
Lead postbid reviews providing valuable feedback to enhance future submissions
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in bid writing and bid management ideally in the energy or B2B sector
Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to craft clear persuasive and targeted content
A strategic thinker who understands client needs and can shape proposals to meet those needs creatively
Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple bids and tight deadlines
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work seamlessly with crossfunctional teams
Commercially astute with a keen understanding of competitive bidding processes and client expectations
Proficiency in Word Excel PowerPoint and other relevant bid management tools
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to improving processes
Familiarity with public sector bidding processes or proposal evaluation frameworks would be advantageous

Salary: 4045k DOE

Standard Hours: 9am 5pm (Monday Friday 37.5 hours)
