Your future team

As a manager within the IT Infrastructure & Operations department youll lead the Windows & Linux/Integration team overseeing Axis global platforms. Your team of approximately 10 specialists will drive the future development and strategy for these critical platforms. Were looking for someone who shares our passion for innovative technology solutions. Together youll develop and implement strategies and tactical plans to ensure Axiss platforms are secure available and reliable.

What will you do here

As a manager in this role youll have the chance to lead a team that sets the strategic direction for our global Platforms developing roadmaps that enable Axis to meet future business needs. In this technically complex environment youll need to balance multiple priorities and manage stakeholder expectations. As part of a truly crossfunctional team youll collaborate closely with various colleagues in different parts of Axis.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading coaching and developing a prosperous team through recruitment individual growth and mentorship.
• Together with you colleagues defining and driving platform strategy and goals that align with business objectives.
• Collaborating with teams and stakeholders to ensure that the platforms live up to expectations of today tomorrow and in the future.
• Developing tracking and controlling annual operational and capital forecasts.
• Ensuring successful project delivery and alignment with roadmaps & strategies.
• Translating business requirements into strategic platform and infrastructure directions.

Who are you

Were looking for an experienced and confident leader who has been leading technical teams. Youre comfortable navigating complex fastpaced global environments and embracing change. Youre an open driven and empathetic individual who genuinely cares about people and recognizes the impact of your leadership on team performance and engagement. We think you have your starting point in technology and understand how technology can impact the growth of Axis. You may have a university degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related experience. You may have a background in different platforms with a solid understanding of operating systems such as Windows Linux and cloudbased platforms. A plus is if you are familiar with containerization (e.g. Docker) orchestration tools (e.g. Kubernetes) as this is part of the teams responsibility.

• Proven management experience with a focus on growth & development.
• Strong vendor and technical management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and experience from global collaboration.
• Nuanced understanding of global IT complexities.
• Selfdriven approach with strategic thinking.
