Are you a detailoriented financial professional who thrives on organization and accuracy If so we are searching for a fulltime Billing Accounts Receivable Manager to join us at Prime Heating & Cooling in Smithfield RI!
In this role you will ensure that invoices are processed correctly payments are tracked efficiently and financial records are maintained with precision. DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of AP/AR or accounting experience
- Proficiency in Quickbooks House Call Pro or similar software
- Knowledge of AIA billing and subcontractor payments
- Strong organizational and communication skills
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A BILLING ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE MANAGER
As the Billing Accounts Receivable Manager your day is all about keeping financial operations running smoothly. You ensure that all invoices are accurately prepared and sent out payments are received and recorded correctly and any outstanding balances are followed up on promptly. Youll work closely with team members and vendors to address any billing discrepancies ensuring our records are uptodate and organized. Your role is critical in keeping our finances on track allowing our business to operate efficiently while delivering toptier service to our customers.
