As the Raw Material Coordinator you will oversee the storage handling and management of raw materials and Silo material. You will ensure smooth and efficient operation delivery and maintenance of inventory levels. Your role will involve working closely with production teams and suppliers to optimise material flow and minimise disruptions in production.
Experience in raw material handling logistics or operations
Familiarity with silo operations material management systems and inventory control practices.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to monitor multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with computer software (e.g. Microsoft Office and SAP preferred).
Coordinate the receipt storage and inventory management of raw materials and silo material.
Ensure materials are handled in compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards.
Monitor silo levels and raw material usage to ensure sufficient stock for production needs.
Work closely with the procurement and production teams to forecast
Work closely with the maintenance department to plan silo maintenance and cleans.
Record and track material movements ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
Provide reports on inventory levels material usage and any discrepancies or issues.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Participate in the development and implementation of process improvements and costsaving initiatives.
