The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by providing administrative support coordinating office activities and assisting staff and visitors with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors clients and staff members
Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper)
Schedule meetings and manage calendars
Order and manage office supplies and equipment
Support the HR scheduling or finance teams as needed
Ensure a clean safe and well-organized office environment
Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining records
Handle data entry and basic reporting tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Schedule:
Full-time
Monday to Friday
Occasional flexibility may be required
