Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Office Coordinator to join our team in Buffalo. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by providing administrative support coordinating office activities and assisting staff and visitors with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors clients and staff members

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner

  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper)

  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars

  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment

  • Support the HR scheduling or finance teams as needed

  • Ensure a clean safe and well-organized office environment

  • Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining records

  • Handle data entry and basic reporting tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Schedule:

  • Full-time

  • Monday to Friday

  • Occasional flexibility may be required
