Our Indian Operations Centre (INOPC) is a competence center with around 2600 skilled engineers who focus on tendering engineering planning procurementfunctional system testing installation supervision and commissioning. Over the last decade INOPC has evolved to become the largest engineering hub serving morethan 40 countries across different energy sectors. The team caters to the four business unitsTransformers Grid Integration Grid Automation High Voltage and hassuccessfully executed engineering and commissioning for projects in more than 80 countries.
Your responsibility:
Technical leadership of Base solutions & CoC offerings
Responsibility for HSE of own organization
Accountability for the budget of projects & initiatives you lead/ contribute
Competence development of your organization
Managing optimized utilization of global footprint and longterm footprint strategies
Driving continuous improvement and quality improvement within your domain
Technical lead governance and processes within your own and extended organization
Hosting/ participating collaboration & coordination meetings with other CoCs Hubs units
Periodic review of Project / initiatives and Devising implementing and driving the CoC strategy in alignment with Leaders & stakeholders and Leading / guiding Continuous improvement programs (Technical Process) People and Target settings and Coach and mentoring and Skill & career development and Functional Competence assessment

Your background:
Should be a Bachelors / Masters degree within Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Should have atleast 3 years of experience in leadership (ideally as Team Manager/ lead) roles managing multi discipline teams; overall experience of 10 years
Lead roles in R&D/ Global initiatives preferable
Exposure to Latest product offerings & technologies related to power system solutions and experience in solution & system integrated offerings ex: substations Power plants.
Experience in competence mapping/assessment recruitment/handling interviews and exposure to Agile framework would be merit able
Comprehensive knowledge of related functions in the organization.
Understanding and building on the synergies with related business functions
Technically innovative curious and open to challenge status quo
Motivated selfstarter able to lead and coach the team of technical experts
Independent solutionoriented organized and responsive with a strong drive and focus on delivering results
Confident both on a personal level and in your leadership.
