Role : Sales Admin
Location: Flexible and hybrid working from offices in Ghent or Kortrijk
Start Date: ASAP

At Bizzmine were looking for a commercially minded detailobsessed Sales Support to be the right hand of our Sales and Customer Success teams.

Youll be the backbone of sales and customer operationsbringing order clarity and efficiency to the team while making a real impact every day.

Beginning to sound like your next role

What Youll Do

Be the engine of our sales team Manage RFPs assist with proposals and ensure documentation is flawless.
Own the details
Precision in invoicing small upgrades and customer requests using Teamleader Orbit & Exact.
Make things happen
Work proactively and independently to get the right information and data you use your initiative to find answers and solutions.
Prioritise
Some things just cant wait. You understand what matters most and when things need to happen quickly.
Move the needle
Be an indispensable team member by proactively managing administrative tasks for the sales and customer success teams. You will ensure seamless operations and timely fulfilment of customer needs.
