We are looking for a Principal Corp Procurement Mgr Supplier Development and Impact (SDI) to lead the management and expansion of Amazons Global Corporate SDI. This highly visible role will work directly with companylevel SDI Procurement Legal Finance Suppliers Leaders Customers and external partners to improve business opportunities with suppliers.
Key job responsibilities
Develop and execute SDI strategies.
Partner with Global Corporate Procurement teams to ensure SDI through strategic sourcing activities.
Provide SDI awareness to our stakeholders and partners.
Identify and establish business relationships with DOBs.
Collaborate with Amazon SDI leaders to ensure governance share best practices and create processes and mechanisms to drive efficiency.
Oversee development of SDI documentation and reports with visibility at the highest level of the corporation.
Identify foster and maintain strategic external partnerships.
Lead independently through ambiguity serves as key point of escalation.

This role is strategic and programmatic. You will deliver results and work with companylevel SDI Legal Finance Suppliers Sourcing Managers partner teams and Leaders to achieve our vision.

Bachelors degree
10 years in supply chain sourcing and/or procurement
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
Communication proficiency especially writing
Experience working with global cross functional and partner teams in supply chain
Experience analyzing data problem solving and improving repeatable processes driving automation & standardization
Experience conducting business reviews to senior and Csuite level leadership
Masters Degree
5 years of driving process improvements experience
5 years owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
5 years using data and metrics to drive improvements
