Job Description
Very importante digital content marketing agency is looking for a proactive and communicative professional to drive a new client acquisition efforts. As a Cold Outreach Specialist you will be the first point of contact for potential clients and ensure that qualified leads are booked for sales conversations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling Reach out to potential clients via phone introduce our services and generate interest.
- Appointment Setting Schedule sales meetings with qualified leads for our sales team.
- Cold Email Campaigns Develop and execute strategic email outreach campaigns to attract potential customers.
- Lead Research Identify and build a highquality list of potential clients and key decisionmakers.
- CRM Management Track all interactions in our CRM system to ensure an efficient followup process.
Requirements:
- Experience in cold outreach or sales ideally in a marketing agency or related field.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and persuade people over the phone or via email.
- Selfmotivated & proactive approach You are excited to help shape the growth of Digital Essence.
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot Pipedrive or similar) is a plus.
